4.5 stars out of 5. Brian Regan is hilarious and this show is terrific. I thoroughly enjoyed it. He's not quite Jerry Seinfeld, but he's close. Great show. Highly recommended. Very clean too.
The Comedy Central special is an extra feature on this DVD. It is so-so (I had already heard most of that material).

I wouldn't compare Regan to Seinfeld. Although they're supposedly put in the same comedic category of "observational" comedy, they're techniques are very different.
I actually prefer Regan over Seinfeld, mostly because I feel his delivery is exceptional. You can see some of the same routines he's been doing for decades, but his more recent performances of them are far better. He seems to be constantly working on and perfecting timing and delivery. As a great added bonus that I'm sure you're aware of, you can take it to the bank that he'll be clean--the same of which can't be said about Seinfeld.
Seinfeld's humor may be slightly "smarter" and he seems to be very quick in his improv and responses, but nobody beats Regan's delivery.
