Tremendous book. I read their earlier book (Crucial Conversations) after hearing them speak at BYU. Their previous book was good, but not nearly as good as this one. This book has one clear focus: how do we influence people? They break it down, provide numerous great examples and tell you what you need to do. I fully plan on going back through this book to take some extensive notes. All that time we waste trying to influence people and get them to do things - some much time that could have been better spent! If we are committed to it, this book gives some clear steps to follow. They aren't easy - you really will have to work at it, but it is a great book. Great fun to read. Highly recommend to anyone.
